The work plan was reviewed <br /> according to the California Code of Regulations (CCR) , Section <br /> 21810 . <br /> The work plan is approved, provided the following conditions are <br /> met : <br /> 1 . Provide EHD with a time schedule starting from the initial <br /> excavation to the final disposal\recycling. Indicate where <br /> the sorting area will be located and what recycling <br /> facilities will be utilized. <br /> 2 . Submit a Health and Safety Plan related to the clean closure <br /> plan. <br /> 3 . Upon completion of the clean closure work, submit a <br /> verification report as required by CCR 21810 (e) to EHD . <br /> Include a statement on whether postclosure maintenance is <br /> necessary or not . <br /> 4 . Notify us when the work begins so EHD can conduct an <br /> inspection of the open excavation and of the solid wastes <br /> removed.
