ALEGRE, QX-89-3 <br /> THIS BOARD OF SUPERVISORS does hereby adopt a Negative <br /> Declaration concerning QUARRY EXCAVATION APPLICATION NO. QX-89-3 <br /> OF FRANK C. ALEGRE (C/O CONDOR EARTH TECHNOLOGIES ) to permit the <br /> removal of up to 100 , 000 cubic yards of sand per year over a pro- <br /> posed five-year period, to annually regrade for 15 years <br /> thereafter to maintain the stable condition of the sandbar , and <br /> to place an easement or deed restriction over a nine-acre area of <br /> mature riparian woodland. Located between Kasson Road and the <br /> west bank of the San Joaquin River , approximately 1. 7 miles <br /> northwest of Durham Ferry Road, southeast of Tracy ( Supervisorial <br /> District 5 ) . <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the above order was passed and adopted on Rebruary 20 . 1990 <br /> by the following vote of the Board of Supervisors, to wit: <br /> AYES: BARBER, COSTA, SIMAS, WILHOIT <br /> NOES: NONE <br /> ABSENT: SOUSA <br /> ABSTAIN: NONE <br /> JORETTA J.
