Broadway St. <br /> Stockton, CA 95205 <br /> RE: Accumulation of inert debris located at 878 N. Golden Gate Ave., Stockton, CA <br /> The Environmental Health Department (EHD) had received a complaint that alleges that the <br /> above property was receiving loads of construction debris. The EHD made a site visit on <br /> November 29, 2010. There was a large pile of broken concrete and a small amount of asphalt <br /> (Type A Inert) debris located on the property. <br /> A Notice to Abate was mailed to you on December 2, 2010. A re-inspection was conducted on <br /> May 31, 2011. The inert debris was still located on the property. On June 13, 2011, another <br /> Notice to Abate was mailed to you on June 13, 2011, stating that the inert debris must be <br /> processed or removed within 30 days. A re-inspection was conducted July 21, 2011, and the <br /> inert debris had not been removed or processed. <br /> Therefore, an Administrative Office Hearing has been scheduled on Thursday August 25, <br /> 2011, at 10:00 a.m., at 600 East Main Street, Stockton, California. An Administrative <br /> Office Hearing fee of $250.00 will be collected at the time of the hearing.
