C 1086 <br />ENVIROMENTAL HEALTH <br />FERMIT/SERVICES <br />Enclosed is a copy of our "Land Use Report DP -84-87" which was <br />issued on May 21, 1984. Apparently someone within your group <br />approved of our permit. You will note at the bottom that the Local <br />Health District was copied on this permit. <br />We are working with Mr. Joe Walker, Deputy Director of Public Works - <br />City of Stockton, to ensure that there is proper drainage on the land- <br />fill. Enclosed are three sheets of design drawings by Mandeville and <br />Associates. Drawings D-892-30-0032,0033,0034 dated January 22, 1985 <br />describe our system. <br />Enclosed is a copy of our August 16, 1985 cover letter to the California <br />Regional Water Quality Control Board. Attached to the cover letter is <br />a copy of our two page application and site map (Exhibit 1) which con- <br />stitute our application for a discharge permit pursuant to California <br />Administrative Code.
