After completing Sections A and B <br />please sign in the area designated on page 3. <br />A. Project Description <br />1. General description of project: To construct am 800 -KW electrical power co -generation <br />unit, consisting of a landfill methane. gas well system,, gas collection system and an engine <br />generator unit. (See Appendix "A" for. detailed description of project). <br />2. Location of site: City of Stockton Austin Road Waste Disposal Site (approx. 8,000' <br />south of Arch Rd. west side of Austin Road). (see attached Exhibit "A! t) <br />3. Operational characteristics: <br />a. Describe basic operation - The extraction of methane gas from wells to be drilled <br />in the Austin Road Waste Disposal Site. The gas will be collected in a gas gathering system <br />which will deliver the gas to an engine generator unit. The internal combustion engine will <br />burn the methane as to drive an electric generator.
