If we find the indeterminate criterion to <br />be satisfied, the name of your facility will not be submitted to <br />our Board for inclusion in the Open Dump Inventory list that will <br />be sent to the Environmental Protection Agency and published in <br />the Federal Register. If we find that the currently indeterminate <br />criterion does not satisfy RCRA requirements, the SWMB will <br />provide a grace period of three months to correct the RCRA defi- <br />ciencies noted.
