The disposal operation at the site will be moved <br />to the open trench mentioned in the RCRA Inspection Report as <br />a Safety/Access problem. <br />Tbea,combination of depot ting solid waste in the trench and <br />barrowing cover material from the adjacent area will eliminate <br />the hazard. The exposed tires in the trench have already been <br />covered. It is requested that a reevaluation of the site be <br />scheduled before the expiration of the three months grace period <br />alloteed by the State Solid Waste Management Beard. <br />ROBERT F.
