At the conclusion of the <br />evaluation, if you or your representative were present, you were advised] <br />orally of a preliminary indication of RCRA deficiencies and criterion(ia) <br />needing further investigation. <br />After analysis of all available data, we are able to make the following <br />determinations about your site as outlined below and referenced on the <br />attached summary sheet. <br />I. Non -Compliance Criterion: <br />A. Safety/Access: The open trench in the southwest corner of the <br />site poses a potential safety hazard to the public and therefore, <br />the site is not in compliance with the access portion of the safety <br />criterion. `Ihis trench should either be secured or filled depending <br />on whether it is to be used for disposal or to be abandoned.
