Box 2009
Stockton, CA 95201
Attn: Ron Valinotti
PRE -WINTER PREPARATION FOR AUSTIN ROAD LANDFILL SITE
PERMIT NO. 39 -AA -001
Attached is a one hundred year storm drainage and levee
improvements plan for the Austin Road landfill site. Super-
imposed on the drainage information is the following:
1) A disposal site area of 128,572 square feet for use in
the winter of 1978-79. Also shown is an alternate
site of equal area, to be used if use of the primary
site is impeded by unstable conditions.
2) The primary pad and alternate are shown. These pads
will be constructed of approximately 18 inches of
concrete and asphalt concrete rubble with a 0.2 foot
wearing surface of asphalt concrete.
3) The cover material for the primary site is approximately
5,000 cubic yards. This will provide a one foot cover
for the area anticipated for use during the 1978-79
winter season. The alternate site cover material will
be excavated from undistrubed soil as needed. The
reserve road material will be stored in the Stockton
Municipal Service Center and consists of approximately
600 cubic yards of clean aggregate.
-If you have any further questions, please call me at 944-8420.
OSAPH WAhKE11- `"
T1ttET MAINTENANCE SUPERINTENDENT
JW: ejs
Attachment
