The vehicle that you spotted on May 2, 1977, at 12:25 p.m., California license #14680R comes back to a van and is registered in the city of Elsinore. The license plate number that you obtained from the vehicle that lost a large piece of blue plastic sheet paper on May 4, 1977, at 1:40 p.m., license plate #44075W, comes back to a 1974 Ford pickup from the city of Glendora. As I told you before, I will forward a copy of your letters as I receive them to the Stockton Scavenger Association and Commercial Salvage and to the San Joaquin Local Health District, Environmental Health Section, who have jursidiction for enforcing the County Ordinance regarding this matter.
