The license <br />plate number that you obtained from the vehicle that <br />lost a large piece of blue plastic sheet paper on May 4, <br />1977, at 1:40 p.m., license plate #44075W, comes back <br />to a 1974 Ford pickup from the city of Glendora. <br />As I told you before, I will forward a copy of your <br />letters as I receive them to the Stockton Scavenger <br />Association and Commercial Salvage and to the San Joaquin <br />Local Health District, Environmental Health Section, <br />who have jursidiction for enforcing the County Ordinance <br />regarding this matter. <br />Yours very truly, <br />JOSEPH H.
