Lincoln <br /> -Stockton, CA 95206 <br /> RE: PRE-WINTER PREPARATION FOR AUSTIN ROAD LANDFILL <br /> PERMIT 39-AA-001 <br /> Pursuant to Part II-A, of the above Solid Waste Facility Permit the San Joaquin <br /> Local Health District requires that the operator submit information showing <br /> plans for winterizing the landfill site to insure adequate preparation for the <br /> forthcoming inclement weather conditions. In order to review each operator's <br /> winter preparation plans, the following information on a scaled drawing not less <br /> than 1"= 100' shall be submitted for evaluation: <br /> 1. Locate the disposal site area in square feet that will be used for your <br /> winter operation. <br /> 2. Locate all roads and unloading pads to the winter site and the type of <br /> materials that-will be used for the road and pad construction. <br /> 3. Locate the clean fill cover material storage area and indicate the <br /> anticipated amount.of fill material needed to meet the cover requirements <br /> from September 30 through April 30. <br /> 4.
