In order to review each operator's <br /> winter preparation plans, the following information on a scaled drawing not less <br /> than 1"= 100' shall be submitted for evaluation: <br /> 1. Locate the disposal site area in square feet that will be used for your <br /> winter operation. <br /> 2. Locate all roads and unloading pads to the winter site and the type of <br /> materials that-will be used for *the road and pad construction. <br /> 3. Locate the clean fill cover material storage area and indicate the <br /> anticipated amount.of fill material needed to met the cover requirements <br /> from September 30 through April 30. <br /> 4.
