STATE SOLID WASTE MANAGEMENT BOARD <br /> Solid Waste Facilities Permits <br /> Decision #t77-96 <br /> SUBJECT: <br /> Proposed solid waste facilities permits. Submitted by the San Joaquin Local <br /> Health District, as local enforcement agency. <br /> The State Solid Waste Management Board makes the following findings of fact: <br /> 1. ProDosed solid waste facilities permits for the Audin Road Landfill Site, A <br /> 9- -OUl, San Joaquin County, received 10-17--77 and for the French Camp <br /> Disposal Site, #39-AA-002, San Joaquin County, received 10-21-77, have been <br /> submitted to this Board for concurrence with or objection to their issuance. <br /> 2. The proposed solid waste facilities permits are consistent with the applicable <br /> county solid waste management plans or with any required findings of need <br /> and necessity; and <br /> 3. The proposed solid waste facilities permits are consistent with the State <br /> Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal; and <br /> 4. The State Solid Waste Management Board and its staff have reviewed.the pro- <br /> posed solid waste facilities permits and concur with the form and content <br /> of those permits. <br /> CONCLUSION: <br /> The proposed solid waste facilities permits comply with the requirementsof <br /> Article 2 of Chapter 3 of Title 7.3 of the Government Code. <br /> Consequently, the State Solid Waste Management Board concurs in the issuance <br /> of the subject proposed solid waste facilities permits. <br /> CERTIFICATION <br /> The undersigned Executive Officer of the State Solid Waste Management Board <br /> does hereby certify that the foregoing is a full, true and correct copy of <br /> a decision duly and regularly adopted at a meeting of the State Solid Waste <br /> Management Board held on November 49 1977• <br /> Dated: 'NOVO 41977 • <br /> Albert A.
