As we have previously agreed, this
submittal, along with the TCLP test performed in October, 1991, also enclosed, may be
submitted on behalf of the City of Stockton and will be deemed to have met the request for
the August 1, 1992 testing of the condensate mentioned in your June 3, 1992 letter to Mr.
Mike Miller of the City of Stockton.
The testing indicates that the condensate is not considered a hazardous waste;
therefore, the disposal of condensate to the landfill may be continued until October 9, 1993.
This assumes that the April, 1993 TCLP test also demonstrates that the condensate is still
nonhazardous.
In addition, we are currently in the process of compiling a report, at your request,
delineating the disposal options for the landfill gas condensate and intend to submit this to
you by October 30, 1992.
Please call me if you should have any questions regarding the testing.
Sincerely,
George .
