LOCATION AND DESCRIPTION OF WiNTER DISPOSAL SiTE <br /> The location of the disposal area will be adjacent to the existing dumping <br /> area at the south/west corner of the landfill. The area to receive waste <br /> during this time is shown on the attached map. The amount of waste to be <br /> received during the winter period is based on a projected scale <br /> 8,500 tons for the 1992-93 winter season, volume of <br /> if. WINTERIZATION PAD AND ACCESS ROAD <br /> All winter roads are in place. All roads and pad to be used with the excep- <br /> tion of roads adjacent to the working face, are asphalt with a compacted <br /> aggregate base material. These roads provide vehicles access to and from <br /> the winter pad. <br /> Ill. DRAINAGE <br /> Storm water will be directed override to the toe of the landfill. Areas where <br /> ponding may occur, such as depressions due to settlement, will be filled with <br /> cover soil to insure adequate drainage from the working fill area. <br /> iV. SORROW STOCKPILE I <br /> P ` <br /> The stockpile of cover material is located adjacent to the proposed Winter <br /> Dump area and is adequate for site needs.
