The city
was notified and a representative came out. The following week I
noticed that a vent was installed which terminates outside of the
secured site, in a parking area. I believe that there exists a
health and safety concern at this site, with the lack of
containment of the acid and fumes, and the lack of appropriate wash
down equipment.
I am referring this matter to your Department as I believe that
this matter falls under your jurisdiction.
If you have any questions please contact Steven Mindt, Sr. REHS, at
(209)468-0343.
A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services
e"
