EI Dorado Street <br />Stockton, CA 95202-1997 <br />Re: Austin Road Landfill #39 -AA -0001, Compliance for Preliminary Closure and <br />Postclosure Plans <br />In response to your letter dated February 17, 1995, your office sent a copy of a <br />document "Notice of Determination and Approved Negative Declaration" dated <br />December 4, 1990. This negative declaration "pre -dates" your preliminary closure and <br />postclosure plans by more than five (5) years. The decision to accept or reject this <br />must be made by the lead agency for the California Environmental Quality Act <br />(CEQA).
