EI Dorado St. <br />Stockton, CA 95202-1997 <br />RE: Austin Road Landfill #39 -AA -001, Preliminary Closure/Postclosure Maintenance Plan. <br />Regulations for submittal of preliminary closure and postclosure maintenance plans are contained in <br />Title 14 California Code of Regulations (14 CCR), Division 7, Chapter 5, Section 18255 and 14 <br />CCR, Division 7, Chapter 3, Section 17258.60. Permits are required to be reviewed at least every <br />five years pursuant to PCR Section 44015. <br />In order to meet federal subtitle D requirements all landfills must submit preliminary <br />closure/postclosure maintenance plans and the first preliminary plans shall be submitted on or before <br />March 3, 1995. <br />As LEA, San Joaquin Environmental Health Division is requesting that the City of Stockton submit <br />the preliminary plans for closure/postclosure of Austin Road Landfill by no later than March 3, <br />1995. <br />If you have any questions on this matter please contact Steven Mindt REHS at 468-0343. <br />Ernest M.
