San Joaquin Street <br />Stockton, California 95202 <br />Violation of Solid Waste Facility Permit Number 39 -AA -0001, City of <br />Stockton Austin Road Landfill <br />Exceeding the authorized daily permitted tonnage of 280 tons <br />(California Public Resources Code Section 44004 (a)). <br />Specified Actions <br />An order is hereby issued to revise the solid waste facilities <br />permit to accommodate the future and expected changes at the <br />landfill. <br />Activity <br />A CEQA review was completed and a negative declaration for this <br />permit revision was approved on December 3, 1990. <br />The Revised Permit Application was deemed complete on February 13, <br />1991. The draft permit is currently being written by the LEA. <br />The Landfill may receive a peak daily tonnage of 700 tons until the <br />revised solid waste facility permit has been approved. The 700 ton <br />figure is based on information provided in a 1977 document entitled <br />"Solid Waste Facility Permit Application". <br />I declare under penalty of law that to the best of my knowledge and <br />belief the statements made herein are correct and true.
