NO. 39-AA-0001 <br /> The following comments are provided for your consideration <br /> regarding the requested partial review of the Report of Disposal <br /> Site Information for the subject site. <br /> 1. The owner/operator should include a detailed design of the <br /> site drainage control elements. The design should be <br /> accompanied by calculations and a list of <br /> assumptions/observations used in designing the drainage <br /> control elements. The operator should also include a <br /> detailed scale drawing of each major drainage control <br /> element (culverts, drains, catchment basins, etc. ) . <br /> 2 . A site map that shows the .locations of all landfill gas, <br /> ground water and leachate monitoring wells must be included. <br /> This map will most likely just be updated from another <br /> document and inserted into the RDSI. <br /> 3 . Since the document in appendix number 4 was written, more <br /> information regrading the site subsurface conditions has <br /> been collected. Please prepare an updated site geologic <br /> map. <br /> 4.
