Permits are required to be reviewed at least every <br /> five years pursuant to PCR Section 44015. <br /> In order to meet federal subtitle D requirements all landfills must submit preliminary <br /> closure/postclosure maintenance plans and the first preliminary plans shall be submitted on or before <br /> March 3, 1995. <br /> As LEA, San Joaquin Environmental Health Division is requesting that the City of Stockton submit <br /> the preliminary plans for closure/postclosure of Austin Road Landfill by no later than March 3, <br /> 1995. <br /> If you have any questions on this matter please contact Steven Mindt REHS at 468-0343. <br /> Ernest M.
