Dedicated bladder pumps will be installed following <br /> development and may be used to complete development. <br /> 4.3 Report <br /> Twining will prepare a letter report for each landfill, describing <br /> field activities. A site location map, a site plan showing well <br /> locations, boring logs, well construction diagrams, and well <br /> development logs will be included. <br /> 5 .0 SITE SAFETY <br /> Since subsurface contamination is not expected, it is anticipated <br /> that Twining personnel will conduct the proposed work in Level D <br /> protection (Appendix B) . <br /> 6 .0 LIMITATIONS <br /> No investigation is thorough enough to describe all <br /> geologic/hydrogeologic conditions of interest at a given site. If <br /> conditions are not identified during the study, such a finding <br /> should not be construed as a guarantee of the absence of such <br /> conditions at the site, but rather as the result of the services <br /> performed within the scope, limitations, and cost of the work <br /> performed. <br /> This report has been prepared for the sole use of our Client and <br /> appropriate regulatory agencies. Use of the report by a third <br /> party is at that party's sole risk. <br /> Twining's professional services will be performed, findings <br /> obtained, and conclusions prepared consistent with generally- <br /> accepted environmental assessment principles and practices in San <br /> Joaquin County at the time the work was performed. This warranty <br /> is in lieu of all other warranties, either express or implied. <br />
