NO. 90020718 <br /> Enclosed is a copy of the Public Notice of Availability (NOA) - <br /> Notice of Completion (NOC) for the above-named environmental <br /> document. A copy of the environmental document, with applicable <br /> attachments, is also being transmitted to each "Responsible", <br /> "Trustee", and other public agency included on the attached list, <br /> as applicable. State agencies, however, should obtain the <br /> environmental document, with attachments, directly from the State <br /> Clearinghouse. <br /> The remaining agencies, organizations and individuals on the <br /> attached list are receiving only this transmittal letter and the <br /> NOA/NOC. Public agencies may obtain a free copy of the above-named <br /> environmental document at the above-noted Lead Agency address. <br /> Private individuals, organizations, and corporations may purchase <br /> a copy of the environmental document for a fee of $20. 00. If <br /> mailing is requested, please remit an additional fee of $5.00 for <br /> postage and handling.
