All impacts identified as"Nonsignificant"in the DEIR have been changed to"Less than Significant" for consistency of format. 4. For consistency with the 1994 EIR findings and with the findings of Impact A.2 in this SEIR,the significance of Impact J.42 on p.27 of the SEIR is revised from"Less than Significant"to "Significant". As described for Impact A.2,there are no feasible mitigations for this impact. 5. On Impact G.6,on 25 of the EIR,the following is added for clarity: "Mitigations for Impacts G1 through G4,above,would reduce this impact,but not to a less than significant level." 6. On p.56 of the EIR,2'paragraph,"Miles Vehicle Miles Traveled(VMT)"is corrected to read "Million Vehicle Miles Traveled". • Page 70 was inadvertently omitted from the EIR in printing. It is reproduced following this page. • For clarity,the following sentences defining Heritage and Native trees are hereby added to the last paragraph under"Oak Trees"on p. 76 of the EIR: "A `Native Oak Tree' is a valley oak with a trunk diameter ranging from six to 32 inches for a single-trunk tree,or,for a multi-trunk tree,greater than eight inches;or an interior live oak, California live oak,or blue oak with a trunk diameter ranging from four to 32 inches for a single- trunk tree,or combined trunk diameter of greater than six inches for a multi-trunk tree. A `Heritage Oak Tree' is a native oak tree with a trunk diameter of 32 inches or greater. All diameters are measured at four and a half feet above ground elevation." • On p.77 of the EIR, on the first sentence of the first full paragraph following the bulleted items, "Tables 1 and 2"is changed to read"Tables 1 and 2 of Appendix C". In addition,Table 1 in Appendix C of the EIR was mislabeled and misprinted. The corrected Table is reproduced herein. 65
