(CASE N0. 2148) <br /> Regional Water Quality Control Board staff(staff)understands that Forward Inc. has applied for an <br /> Authority to Construct Permit for a revised Landfill Gas system and that approval of the permit may take <br /> some time. Waste Discharge Requirements Order No. R5-2002-0121 requires that Forward Inc. install <br /> improvements to the Austin Road Landfill Gas Collection System by 31 October 2002. The gas system <br /> improvements are required to remediate groundwater contamination at the Austin Road facility.
