Disposal: <br /> Waste disposal at Forward/Austin Road Landfill ceased on June 29,2001. No <br /> further disposal at Forward/Austin Road Landfill is anticipated during the <br /> winter of 2001-2002. <br /> 2. Reseeding and Erosion Control: <br /> The condition of vegetative cover of Forward/Austin Road Landfill has been <br /> evaluated and areas that need seeding will have Hydro-Seeding approved by <br /> Sand Castle Hydro Seeding in the Early Fall. <br /> 3. Drainage: <br /> An Intermediate Cap has been applied to deactivate area of Forward/Austin <br /> Road Landfill. The deactivated area has been graded an additional down <br /> drains are to be installed by Mid-Sept. of 2001. Runoff from the down drains is <br /> directed to a stormwater detention basin located at the West End of <br /> Forward/Austin Road Landfill,through the perimeter drainage ditches. <br /> These ditches have been cleaned and deepened where necessary. <br /> 4. Roads: <br /> Necessary roads have been winterized with Road Base, Gravel,and Asphalt. <br /> Roads have been grade to promote drainage so no ponding will occurred. <br />
