Introduction <br /> CEQA also requires that a Lead Agency establish a Mitigation g and Reporting <br /> han <br /> ( <br /> program( )at the time of project approval to ensure the implementation of"cprogramges to <br /> the project"that are "adopted or made a condition of project approval in order to mitigate or <br /> avoid significant effects on the environment." Accordingly,an will need to be prep <br /> ared <br /> for the project. This NZIRP will be considered by the City of Stockton Department of <br /> Community Development Planning Division in conjunction with project review and will be <br /> included as a condition of project approval. <br /> ER ORGANIZATION <br /> This Draft EIR is the first part of a two-volume set that will comprise the Final EIR for the <br /> project. Volume I contains the Draft EIR and Technical Appendices;Volume 2 will include the <br /> comments received during the public review period and responses to those comments.
