Pl,P3, and P7 indicate conceptual leachate collection methods. P4,P6,and P7 FDSR Section 1.3 discusses the leachate collection system. Appendix I,FDSR An amendment will be filed at the time of final design of Sec.1.3,Pages 1-5 to each construction phase; this amendment will address 1-12 the specific materials,methods,and dimensions of monitoring and will be certified by a registered engineer or engineering olo 'st.
