Monitoring Points <br />Monitoring Points (including background) for corrective action monitoring and evaluation <br />monitoring shall be those listed in this Monitoring and Reporting Program and shown on <br />Attachment B. <br />4. Points of Compliance <br />lon1tonng anaKeporungi-rogram and <br />shown on Attachment B. <br />Downgradient shallow point of compliance wells: MW- I and MW -4 <br />Downgradient deep point of compliance wells: MW -6 and MW -7 <br />Downgradient of extraction wells: EW -1 and EW -2 <br />5. Compliance Period 9 <br />The Compliance period is the number of years equal to the active fife of the MSWLF plus the <br />closure period. Each time the Water Quality Protection Standard is exceeded (i.e., a release <br />is discovered), the S)?VLF begins a Compliance Period on the date the Board directs the <br />Discharger to begin an Evaluation Monitoring Program. If the Discharger's Corrective Action <br />Program (CAP) has not achieved compliance with the Standard by the scheduled end of the <br />Compliance Period, the Compliance Period is automatically extended until the MSWLF has <br />been in continuous compliance for at least three consecutive years. <br />er shall iw <br />Ordered by: u.)
