CA0082911 <br /> FOR <br /> CITY OF STOCKTON <br /> AUSTIN ROAD LANDFILL <br /> GROUNDWATER TREATMENT SYSTEM <br /> SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br /> INFLUENT MONITORING <br /> Influent samples shall be collected after the last connection before the wastes enter the treatment <br /> process. Influent samples shall be representative of the volume and nature of the influent. Time <br /> of collection of a grab sample shall be recorded. The following shall constitute the influent <br /> monitoring program: <br /> Sampling <br /> Constituents Units Type of Sample Frequency <br /> Flow mgd — Continuous <br /> VOCs, µg/1 Grab Monthly <br /> USEPA Method 601 or equivalent,with a maximum Practical Quantitation Limit(PQL) of <br /> 0.5 µg/1. <br /> EFFLUENT MONITORING <br /> Effluent samples shall be collected at the discharge from a manhole prior to being discharged into <br /> Littlejohn Creek. Effluent samples shall be representative of the volume and quality of the <br /> discharge. Time of collection of samples shall be recorded. Effluent monitoring shall include the <br /> following: <br /> Sampling <br /> Constituents Units Type of Sample Frequency <br /> pH pH units Grab Weekly <br /> Specific Conductivity µmhos/cm Grab Weekly <br /> VOCs, µg/1 Grab Monthly2 <br /> ICRP (Metals Scan) DVA Grab Annually <br />
