The Foothill Sanitary Landfill is located on 6484 North Waverly Road, Linden <br /> and is owned by the County of San Joaquin and is operated by the Foothill <br /> Sanitary Landfill Inc. <br /> B. Foothill Landfill is a class III landfill. It is located in Sections 12 and 13 in <br /> Township 2 North, Range 9, East Mount Diablo Base Meridian. The permitted <br /> facility is an existing 800 acre site. See Appendix A. <br /> C.
