In this regard, we urge the <br />County to be more diligent in ensuring that documents are submitted in a timely fashion. <br />1 Monitoring and Reporting Program Order No. 94-258, D. Required Monitoring Programs, 4. <br />Groundwater Monitoring requires, "Field and laboratory tests shall be reported in the quarterly <br />monitoring reports. All Monitoring Parameters shall be graphed so as to show historical trends at each <br />well." This is interpreted to mean that quarterly reports should include graphs. Graphs were not <br />included in the reviewed reports. Please ensure that they are included in subsequent quarterly reports for <br />all Monitoring Parameters. <br />Attached is the Monitoring Report P R ort Com liance Checklist for the Foothill Landfill.
