NOTES (Describe work completed during the day, any problems and their solutions): <br />Wood Brothers: 9 Man crew Surveyors Group Inc: 4 Man crew D&E: 2 Man crew <br />Wood Bros. continued to moisture condition and compact subgrade material on the eastern slope of module 1 <br />utilizing the D5CXL, case tractor with scraper box, water truck and smooth drum roller. Wood Bros. <br />continued to excavate the soil gas system trenches utilizing Valley Trenching JS36 trencher. Wood Bros. <br />placed geotextile, welded and placed the 4" slotted pipe with 2-3" of pea gravel under the pipe then <br />backfilled to within P of the finish grade utilizing the skip loader in the northern and western soil gas <br />trenches. Wood Bros. had 8 loads of 3/8" pea gravel from Granites Tracy plant delivered to the site. Wood <br />Bros. continued excavation of the V ditches for the LCRS piping by over excavating 2' below grade utilizing <br />Wthe grader. Wood Bros. started to backfill and compact the northern V ditch utilizing the smooth drum roller, <br />ader and water truck. Wood Bros, hauled some sandy material from the eastern slope to the borrow area <br />and replaced with silty material for easier compaction. <br />Surveyors Group Inc: completed setting stakes for the 50' grid for finish grade on the foundation layer. <br />D&E on site but no liner arrived on site today. <br />Vector Engineering, Inc. CQA attended the weekly construction meeting. CQA observed processing, <br />compaction and tested compaction of the subgrade material on the northern slope of Module 1. CQA <br />performed several density tests with all tests meeting the required specifications. V ditch with Wood Bros. <br />CQA observed pipe welding, geotextile placement and backfill of the soil gas system with 3/8" pea gravel. <br />Vector discussed with Wood bros. will continue placement of gravel, welding of pipe and excavation of the soil gas trenches. Wood bros will <br />continue to MC% and compact the north slope.
