R5-2003-0020 -29- <br />FOR COUNTY OF SAN JOAQUIN <br />FOR CONSTRUCTION, OPERATION, CLOSURE AND EVALUATION MONITORING <br />FOOTHILL SANITARY LANDFILL, MUNICIPAL SANITARY LANDFILL <br />SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY <br />12. The Discharger shall complete the tasks contained in these waste discharge requirements <br />in accordance with the following time schedule: <br />Task Compliance Date <br />A. Construction Plans <br />Submit construction and design plans Prior to construction <br />for Executive Officer review and approval. <br />(See Construction Specification D.1) <br />B. Construction Report <br />Submit a construction report upon completion Prior to discharge <br />demonstrating construction was in accordance <br />with approved construction plans for Executive <br />Officer review and approval. <br />(See Construction Specification D.6) <br />C. Evaluation Monitoring Program <br />Submit an Engineering Feasibility Report which 1 June 2003 <br />includes closure of Module "P' (see Provision J.l .c.) <br />D. Partial Cover <br />Submit a Workplan for the design and construction 1 June 2003 <br />of the soil cover for all modules in the Unit. <br />Address the performance standards for precipitation <br />and drainage controls. <br />E. Financial Assurance Review <br />1. Annual Review of Financial Assurance for 30 April each year <br />initiating and completing corrective action <br />(see Provision J.10.) <br />2. Annual Review of Financial Assurance for 30 April each year <br />closure and postclosure maintenance <br />(see Provision J.11.) <br />
