This application includes: <br /> • An estimate of the remaining site life and capacity, based on the present permitted height <br /> limit. <br /> Financial Assurance and Operating liability information. <br /> Revised Closure/Postclosure Maintenance Cost Estimates, which is the basis for the <br /> projected costs in the Financial Assurance and Operating liability information. <br /> A compact disk containing the electronic files of this submittal. <br /> We apologize for the delayed submittal of this information. The work to prepare the AutoCAD <br /> files requested in Part 6 (Landfill Capacity Survey Results)was greater than anticipated. For your <br /> reference,we have attached hardcopies of these drawings. <br /> The updated Joint Technical Document(JTD)will be submitted on or before October 24, 2005. <br /> This Document will include: <br /> • Changes in landfill operation due to both the newly-constructed lined Module and the new <br /> Operations Contract for the Landfill. <br /> • The revised Closure/Postclosure Maintenance costs. <br /> CEQA review has not been initiated since the last permit issuance or review,nor has the <br /> Conditional use Permit. Other land use permits have not been modified. <br />
