Accreditation shall remain in effect until December 31, 2005 <br /> or until full accreditation is granted, unless revoked or withdrawn at your written request. To <br /> obtain full accreditation and to ensure continuous accreditation, the laboratory shall comply with <br /> the National Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Conference (NELAC) Standards and all <br /> associated California Environmental Laboratory Accreditation Program (ELAP) regulations and <br /> statutes. <br /> Please note that your laboratory is required to notify California ELAP of any major changes in key <br /> accreditation criteria within 30 calendar days of the change. This written notification includes but <br /> is not limited to changes in ownership, location, key personnel, and major instrumentation <br /> (Section 100845(b) and (d), HSC, and NELAC Standard Section 4.3.2).
