Legal Description of Facility(attach map with RFI): The facility is located on Lovelace Road, r,4 mile east of Airport Way,Section 18 TIS, <br /> A, MDB, and M, Manteca, California, San Joaquin County. See Appendix A. <br /> 3_ Findings: <br /> s. San Joaquin County Integrated Waste Task Force has concluded that the proposed expansion of Lovelace Transfer Station is consistent with goals <br /> and policies of San Joaquin Integrated Waste Management pursuant to PRC 50000-50002• <br /> b. This permit is consistent with standards adopted by the California Integrated Waste Management Board(CIWMB). Public Resources Code, <br /> Section 44010- <br /> c_ The design and operation of the facility is in compliance with the State Minimum Standards for Solid Waste Handling and Disposal as determined <br /> by the LEA and the CIWMB staff on February 17, 1994. <br /> d_ The Manteca-Lathrop fire protection district has determined that the facility is in conformance with applicable fire standards as required in Public <br /> Resources Code,Section 44151. <br /> e_ An environmental determination(i.e.Notice of Determination)SCH19209072 is filed with the State Clearinghouse for this facility pursuant to <br /> Public Resources Code,Section 21081.6. <br /> f. A County-wide Integrated Waste Management Plan has not been approved by the CIWMB. <br /> g, The following authorized agent has made a determination that the facility is consistent with,and designated in,the applicable general plan: <br /> San Joaquin Countv Board of Supervisors. Public Resources Code,Section 50000.5(a). <br /> h. San Joaquin County Board of Supervisors on October 5, 1993 made a written finding that surrounding land use is compatible with the facility <br /> operation,as required in Public Resources Code,Section 50000.5(6). <br /> 14. Prohibitions: <br /> The permittee is prohibited from accepting any liquid waste sludge,non-hazardous waste requiring special handling,designated waste,or hazardous waste <br /> unless such waste is specifically listed below,and unless the acceptance of such waste is authorized by all applicable permits. <br /> Tires.White Goods Household Hazardous Waste <br /> The permittee is additionally prohibited from the following items: <br /> Disposal of Medical Wastes <br /> Disposal of Cannery Wastes <br /> Disposal of Large Dead Animals <br /> Scavenging <br /> Open Bunting <br /> 15.
