SECTION 2 <br /> (04/08) <br /> 2-1.03B--A "local hire" is defined as an employee whose residence is <br /> within the County at the time of opening of bids for the project. <br /> 2-1.03C--Bidders are required to complete the "Bidder Local Hire Information Form" <br /> and submit with their bid proposal.
