(CAS).
This report contains analytical results for samples designated for Tier H data deliverables. When appropriate to the
method, method blank results have been reported with each analytical test. Surrogate recoveries have been reported for
all applicable organic analyses. Additional quality control analyses reported herein include: Matrix/Duplicate Matrix
Spike (MS/DMS), and Laboratory Control Sample (LCS).
Sample Receipt
The samples were received for analysis at Columbia Analytical Services on 2/2/07. Any discrepancies were noted
upon initial sample inspection, and recorded on the Client Notification Form included in this data package. The
samples were received in good condition and consistent with the accompanying chain of custody form. The samples
were stored at 4°C upon receipt at the laboratory.
Volatile Organic Compounds by EPA Method 8260B
Batch QC was run along with these samples. These results have been provided for informational purposes only. The
Method Blank and Laboratory Control Samples were within control criteria. No anomalies were encountered during this
analysis.
General Chemistry Parameters
The following samples were received and analyzed past the recommended holding time for Nitrate as Nitrogen:
MW -1 (P0700115-001) and MW -2R (P0700115-002). The data has been flagged accordingly.
The Method Blank (MB) contained a trace hit of Chloride. The associated sample concentrations were greater than
20 times the amount found in the MB; therefore, the data has not been significantly affected. No further corrective
action was required.
Approved byUV"---^ T Date -j-/ U
C
