This allows the flexibility of lowering the <br /> refusd 20 feet in the future, if needed. <br /> Well SG-12 is retained in the monitoring network, as discussed. This well was installed in 2004 to <br /> a depth of 218 ft msl in accordance with the regulations applicable at the time, which required the <br /> wells to be drilled to the lowest elevation of the refuse within 1000 feet of the well. Presently, Well <br /> SG-12 extends six feet below the lowest refuse in place (224 ft msl in Module 1); therefore, our <br /> monitoring system remains in compliance until refuse is placed below 218 ft msl.
