Include this information in the annual GHG <br />emission report. <br />Update this Plan as needed. <br />Include following information in the Annual GHG emission Reports: <br />• Statement that the landfill is "Open" <br />• A table showing: <br />o First year refuse disposal <br />o Refuse disposal to -date <br />o Total Capacity (in Metric Tons, assume 0.45 metric tons per cy) <br />o Estimated closure year (from JTD) <br />• Statement that waste quantity is based on weighed disposal <br />® • Statement that 100% of the refuse disposed in "Municipal" refuse <br />• The Degradable Organic Carbon in "Municipal" refuse <br />• "k" rate used for emissions estimate <br />• The total surface area containing waste <br />• The area of the cover types and oxidation fraction for each <br />• The estimated annual methane generation rate based on equation HH -1 using the <br />information above <br />• The total volume LFG collected for the year at standard temperature and pressure <br />conditions (520 deg R = 60 deg F, and 1 atm) <br />• Monthly average methane content <br />• Monthly average pressure <br />• A statement that combustion occurs on site <br />• 99% destruction efficiency (assumed for this flare) <br />• Annual operating hours, which is taken from the blower run-times or from the weekly <br />data sheets. <br />• Methane generation per Equation HH -5 (Metric tons CH4) <br />• Methane generation (either from equation HH -1 or HH -4 — state which one <br />• Methane generation corrected for oxidation per equation HH -7 <br />• Methane emissions per Equation HH -6 <br />• Methane emissions per Equation HH -8 <br />® The first annual report will be prepared by SCS Engineers.
