Include following information in the Annual GHG emission Reports: • Statement that the landfill is "Open" • A table showing: o First year refuse disposal o Refuse disposal to -date o Total Capacity (in Metric Tons, assume 0.45 metric tons per cy) o Estimated closure year (from JTD) • Statement that waste quantity is based on weighed disposal ® • Statement that 100% of the refuse disposed in "Municipal" refuse • The Degradable Organic Carbon in "Municipal" refuse • "k" rate used for emissions estimate • The total surface area containing waste • The area of the cover types and oxidation fraction for each • The estimated annual methane generation rate based on equation HH -1 using the information above • The total volume LFG collected for the year at standard temperature and pressure conditions (520 deg R = 60 deg F, and 1 atm) • Monthly average methane content • Monthly average pressure • A statement that combustion occurs on site • 99% destruction efficiency (assumed for this flare) • Annual operating hours, which is taken from the blower run-times or from the weekly data sheets. • Methane generation per Equation HH -5 (Metric tons CH4) • Methane generation (either from equation HH -1 or HH -4 — state which one • Methane generation corrected for oxidation per equation HH -7 • Methane emissions per Equation HH -6 • Methane emissions per Equation HH -8 ® The first annual report will be prepared by SCS Engineers.
