0 EXHIBIT 3 (Continue I <br />• i' i <br />Any collector that removes such hazardous materials shall deliver to the San Joaquin <br />County Solid Waste Division proof (proper documents and/or manifest) that subject <br />materials were disposed of properly. <br />If prohibited wastes are detected at the site and the responsible delivering party does <br />not safely remove the waste, the County will then contract with a hazardous waste <br />hauler for removal and ultimate legal disposal. The responsible party will be billed for <br />associated costs. <br />Further information regarding proper disposal of the prohibited wastes listed above is <br />available from the San Joaquin County Environmental Health Department by calling <br />® <br />(209) 468-3420. <br />Solid waste haulers who do not comply with the requirements of the load checking <br />program stated herein will be prohibited from using the Foothill Landfill for disposal. <br />A copy of this notification has been sent to all solid waste haulers who use the Foothill <br />Landfill.
