Ms. Elizabeth Castaneda -2- <br />FINANCIAL ASSURANCE DEMONSTRATION FOR CLOSURE, POSTCLOSURE <br />MAINTENANCE, CORRECTIVE ACTION AND OPERATING LIABILITY FOR FOOTHILL <br />SANITARY LANDFILL (FACILITY NO. 39 -AA -0004) <br />We are pleased to report that FSL's closure fund is adequately funded for the.current reporting <br />period. In fact, FSL's closure fund balance is more than four times the minimum required. <br />Because of the excess funds deposited before, no deposits were made for the current reporting <br />period.
