IVF -ELDER
Bright People. Bight Solutions.
r
VIXNX91 DEAN 9 0\ -
Based on the data collected from the test pad system, we have the following
conclusions and recommendations:
• Comparing calculated results of the HELP modeling for the Title 27
Prescriptive Cap (1,118.15 cu ft) and the actual results of the ET Test Pad
(562.50 cu ft) indicates that seepage performance of the ET Test Pad is
significantly less than the Title 27 Final Cap requirements, thus performing
better than the HELP model indicates. The ET vs. modeled Prescriptive cap
seepage ratio is approximately 1:2 this rain year.
• Continue monitoring the test pad in accordance with the guidelines
established between San Joaquin County and the RWQCB. The next
scheduled monitoring event begins in September 2011.
• This report should be sent. to the RWQCB in accordance with the required
reporting protocols.
47717.11/STO11R193 Page 8 of 9 August 31, 2011
Copyright 2011 Kleinfelder
