Bight Solutions. <br />r <br />VIXNX91 DEAN 9 0\ - <br />Based on the data collected from the test pad system, we have the following <br />conclusions and recommendations: <br />• Comparing calculated results of the HELP modeling for the Title 27 <br />Prescriptive Cap (1,118.15 cu ft) and the actual results of the ET Test Pad <br />(562.50 cu ft) indicates that seepage performance of the ET Test Pad is <br />significantly less than the Title 27 Final Cap requirements, thus performing <br />better than the HELP model indicates. The ET vs. modeled Prescriptive cap <br />seepage ratio is approximately 1:2 this rain year. <br />• Continue monitoring the test pad in accordance with the guidelines <br />established between San Joaquin County and the RWQCB.
