This EFS is in response to the <br /> Notice of Violation (NOV) received from CVRWQCB on August 1, 2014. <br /> The Solid Waste Division is proposing to install three (3) new landfill gas (LFG) extraction wells, install one (1) new <br /> groundwater monitoring well, and perform TO-15 monitoring on seven (7)existing LFG wells.
