Get Permit for Job STOP any work activity that presents a danger to me,my co-worker or the public;get <br /> 2. Fill out JSA involved,question and rectify any situation that is identified as not being in compliance <br /> 3. Review JSA(EVERYONE) with our safety and health policies;to report any unsafe conditions or acts to supervision <br /> 4. Sign JSA(EVERYONE) Evacuation Route: <br /> and question any activity that involves violation of established Safety and Health policies. <br /> Assembly Point: <br /> Job Tasks: (What are you doing?) Potential Hazards: Recommended Action or Procedure to <br /> eliminate/mitigate Hazards <br /> Vehicle Operations Backing . Back into parking spaces upon arrival, whenever <br /> possible. <br /> • Perform 360 degree walk around the vehicle <br /> before backing to identify any new conditions or <br /> obstructions. <br /> • Use a spotter when backing whenever possible. <br /> • Understand hand signals. <br /> • Sound horn prior to backing. <br /> • Check the rear-view and side mirrors prior to <br /> backing (Note: All vehicles, other than <br /> automobiles, must have small convex mirrors <br /> attached to the side mirrors.) <br /> • Back slowly in areas of obstructed vision. <br /> • Anticipate others who may be backing out into <br /> our pathway and adjust accordingly <br /> Unfamiliar with the Vehicle ® Familiarize yourself with the vehicle before <br /> moving. <br /> • Review the dashboard controls, steering radius, <br /> overhead and side clearances. <br /> • Properly adjust mirrors and seat. <br /> Locate windshield wipers and lights. <br />
