ENV/RONMDVTAL <br /> TECHIVOLOG/ES <br /> 1 <br /> r 4.2 Acceptance Program 2: Case-by-Case Contaminated Soil Requiring Regulatory <br /> Approval <br /> Types III and IV contaminated soils will be accepted at the landfill under this program. The <br /> contaminated soil types include hazardous contaminated soils which has received a variance <br /> from DOHS for the purposes of disposal, it is classified as a "designated waste" pursuant to <br /> ' Subchapter 15, Section 2522; and designated waste without a listed designated level in WDR <br /> 89-148.
