FOOTHILL SANITARY LANDFILL <br /> 1. General Information: <br /> This Class III landfill is located on an 880 acre parcel which the . <br /> County acquired in 1990 through condemnation. It is located south <br /> of State Highway 26, along the east side of Waverly Road. The <br /> landfill is operated by Foothill, Inc. , under an agreement with the <br /> County. <br /> Hours are from 8 : 00 a.m. to 5: 00 p.m. for the general public.
