This is waste that has not been through a process to divert recyclables, such as a curbside collection program, or a material recovery facility. C. FOOTHILL SANITARY LANDFILL 1. General Information: This Class III landfill is located on an 880 acre parcel which the . County acquired in 1990 through condemnation. It is located south of State Highway 26, along the east side of Waverly Road. The landfill is operated by Foothill, Inc. , under an agreement with the County. Hours are from 8 : 00 a.m. to 5: 00 p.m. for the general public.
