General Information: <br />This privately owned and operated Class II and Class III landfill is located on Austin <br />Road about one half mile south of the Austin Road Sanitary Landfill south of Stockton <br />and north of Manteca. <br />Waste is accepted from commercial and industrial customers in San Joaquin County as <br />well as from customers in other counties in the State. Forward Inc. Sanitary Landfill is <br />not open to the public. <br />As a Class II treatment facility, the waste treatment methods employed by Forward, Inc. <br />Sanitary Landfill include bio -remediation, drying, stabilization, and aeration. <br />2.
