Guinn <br /> utilized the smooth drum roller to dress up the slope to cell floor transition grade on the south slope. Guinn <br /> pulled all of the hubs and the staking off of the slopes where liner is to be placed.Guinn smooth drum rolled <br /> portions of the cell floor and hand shoveled loose material out of the LCRS channels. Guinn has the water <br /> truck maintaining moisture in the clay and performing dust control all over the site. Guinn continued to <br /> grade and smooth drum roll portions of the site for GCL placement. <br /> Allied unloaded 1 load of GCL Liner and 1 load of geocomposite material. <br /> Vector Engineering, Inc.
